Inspired by Puerto Rico’s indigenous Taino people, COA is named after the traditional wooden harvest tool that first enabled the development of agriculture on the island. With a name deeply rooted in Puerto Rico’s culinary culture, COA features a grill concept and carefully crafted menu showcasing the freshest seasonal ingredients. COA invites guests to delight in the restaurant’s modern design as they indulge in breakfast daily, with refined dining in a casual ambiance five nights a week.

With bright airy interiors blending seamlessly into sweeping ocean views, COA’s intimate banquettes are adorned with locally inspired wooden artistic details with a warm atmosphere, infusing tranquility into the luxurious dining experience. Featuring a selection of the finest steaks and savory seafood, dinner menu highlights include Kuroge Wagyu Beef Tenderloin, Bone-In Prime Rib and Wagyu New York Strip, which are masterfully prepared using the restaurant’s custom Spanish wood-burning grill, Mi Brasa. Mi Brasa infuses high heat with hardwood charcoal to impart a unique flavor into each dish.

Delicious seafood options available at COA include Mediterranean Loup De Mer prepared via Mi Brasa as well as Hawaiian Ahi Tuna that is flash seared and sprinkled with hickory sea salt for an added flavor profile. The menu also boasts fresh Gulf Red Snapper that is pan-seared to perfection in turmeric infused olive oil. Guests can pair their dinner with an array of flavorful side dishes including pan Roasted Cauliflower cooked to perfection in an infused turmeric olive oil and Coal Grilled Eggplant topped with a drizzle of olive oil and lime.   

In addition to the artfully prepared dishes served at the restaurant, COA is also home to La Cava, offering an impressive variety of more than 650 hand-selected prestigious wine labels and vintages, one of the largest selections in the entire Caribbean.

The wines at La Cava can be savored with dinner at COA or through a selection of curated wine experiences created by Wine Director and Court of Master Sommeliers-Certified Sommelier, Jonathan Morán.

Guests can also familiarize themselves with the extensive wine list through an intimate private dining experience at La Cava, a multi-course dinner menu carefully paired with thoughtfully selected wines.
